• Dried Blood Cubes - Tapas from Malaga - Spiced blood yum!
  
• Jelly Fish - Dim sum from Philippines- Reminds me of coconut jelly but tastes like fish
  
• Sea Cucumber - Sashimi - Kinda oozy
  
• Shark - Soup - Tastes like chicken
  
• Emu - Sausage - Tastes like Pork
  
• Kangaroo - Steak from Australia- Tastes like Beef and its really red
  
• Crocodile - Kebabs from Australia- Tastes like Chicken but texture like squid
  
• Duck & Goose Embryo - Balut - Its a developed bird in the egg... tastes like chicken soup...
  
• Blood Pudding - It tastes so good especially with Puto bread
  
• Durian Fruit- Spiky and smells like rotting garbage/fish but o so good, like avacado
  
• Pig Intestines, Snout, Liver, Heart, Kidneys - Usually in a stew in small cubes
  
• Eel - Sushi/Sashimi
• Raw Meat - Raw Beef, Shrimp, Fish, Oysters - I tend to get sick when i try this in other countries...
  
• Big Fish Eyes - Just ate it for fun but it was huge and kinda gross
  
• Snails - Appetizers from Montreal - Butter garlic sauce the best
  
• Caviar - I could eat it straight from the can soooo good
• Spam - Sliced thin and fried with egg now thats soul food haha
• Chicken Feet - this is the one thing that kinda grosses me out but I'm trying to get over it
  

Adventures in Paradise

Just got back from a week long vacation in Maui with my parents and friend Steve. I had an amazing time. I took about 700 pictures and dozens of short video clips.
